The Bakers PrideĀ® P18S is a compact, high-performance countertop deck oven built for high-volume, all-purpose baking. Ideal for cooking pizza, pretzels, flatbreads, hot sandwiches, and other baked items, this unit offers commercial durability in a space-saving design.
Equipped with two removable 17.5″ x 17.75″ Cordierite ceramic hearth decks, each with a 3.25″ deck height, the P18S allows for baking directly on the stone, on screens, or on baking sheets. Independent top and bottom heating elements provide precise control, allowing you to heat one or both decks as needed to save energy and tailor performance to your products.
The oven features a wide temperature range of 300Ā°F to 650Ā°F and includes a simple 15-minute mechanical timer with a continuous-ring alarm and manual shut-off. While powerful, the 120v version is not recommended for fresh dough pizzas due to its electrical limitations.
Durably constructed, the P18S features a stainless steel exterior and a welded aluminized steel interior, offering resistance to dents and corrosion. Four adjustable legs provide stability on uneven surfaces, making it a versatile and efficient choice for any commercial kitchen that needs reliable baking in a compact footprint.
