The Magikitchān CM-RMB-624 is a high-performance, countertop charbroiler designed for heavy-duty commercial use in steakhouses, diners, and high-output kitchens. Built for space-saving installation, it fits seamlessly on work tables, counters, or properly insulated refrigerated/freezer bases. This model delivers powerful cooking performance with four stainless steel burners producing a total of 60,000 BTUs.
Standard V-shaped radiants efficiently vaporize drippings, enhancing grilled flavor while minimizing flare-ups. The free-floating steel rod top grid expands and contracts with heat, preventing warping and maintaining long-term durability. Magikitchānās exclusive E-Z Tilt grid design channels grease directly into a front trough for easier cleanup.
Constructed with a fully insulated, double-walled stainless steel cabinet, the CM-RMB-624 offers durability and heat efficiency on all sides. Key features include individual burner controls for precise heat management, a 6-inch stainless steel service shelf with towel bar, and water tubs to help reduce flare-ups and retain moisture. The unit also includes a runner tube pilot system and a single Ā½ā gas connection for easy setup.
For operations requiring more intense heat, a High Gas Output version is also available. Optional accessories, such as ceramic coal screens (CM-SMB-600), allow further customization to meet your unique menu and kitchen demands.
