The Pitco E35 electric fryer is built with a durable, welded stainless steel tank that resists corrosion and simplifies cleanup. Its fixed heating element is designed to stay inside the tank, reducing oil movement through pivot areas and enhancing operator safety. For ease of use, the fryer includes a conveniently located front-mounted on/off switch.
Designed for medium-volume frying tasks, the Pitco E35 holds up to 35 pounds of oil and includes two fry baskets. A removable basket hanger allows for more thorough cleaning, while the stainless steel exterior offers strong resistance to dents and wear. To support ergonomic use, the unit stands on adjustable 6-inch legs that can be tailored to the desired working height.
