Refunds and Returns Policy

If you’ve received a defective or damaged product, or the wrong product entirely, please follow these steps so that we can correct the problem quickly. Please note: Returns and refunds need to be filed within 7 days of product delivery.


Call us! We will work with you to determine the best solution to the problem.


We will issue an authorization code. No returns will be accepted without an RMA.

Return Products

We'll issue a return label with the RMA. Once you are approved, please ship the items within 2 days.


Once received, the items will be inspected. We will email you a confirmation of receipt.

Refund Issued

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 2 business days. After the refund has been approved, we will notify you that we are processing your refund.

Refund Timeline

All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm payment; it may take a minimum of two additional days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.


  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.
  2. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
