FAQs

Our goods include the following one-year warranty (from date of purchase):

  1. Goods will conform to the specifications and other provisions set forth on the website at the time of purchase;
  2. Goods will be free from defects in materials, manufacture/fabrication, or assembly.During the warranty period, Buyer’s sole remedy under this express warranty is replacement or repair of the defective Good as determined by Seller, in Seller’s sole discretion. Seller shall not be responsible for and the foregoing warranty will not apply to any defects, non-conformities, or damages relating to the Goods caused by other than normal and proper usage; incorrect installation and/or maintenance or repair by a party other than Seller; misuse or abuse; alterations made by others without the written consent of Seller; or defects arising from materials or designs supplied by Buyer. As used herein “Good” has the meaning of “Good” provided in the Oregon Uniform Commercial Code.

LIMITATION OF WARRANTY. EXCEPT AS PROVIDED ABOVE, THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, THAT EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION OF THE GOODS AND SERVICES IN SELLER’S QUOTATION/ORDER ACKNOWLEDGMENT, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

You will have the option to choose the shipping method that best serves your needs. Some items require LTL shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please Call us at 541-349-8500. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests. However, since some of our products are built to fulfill orders, cancellation may not always be feasible. It is best to call as soon as possible.  We are unable to cancel any orders that have shipped. Please see “Refunds” below for more information.

Exchanges: Within 7 days of product delivery
If we sent you the wrong item or you received a damaged or defective product, please call us at 541-349-8500 so that we can correct the problem quickly.

 

Returns: Upon approval and within 7 days of product delivery

If you prefer to return damaged or defective items for a refund, please contact us for an authorization code and a return shipping label. No returns will be accepted without an RMA.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 2 business days. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm payment; it may take a minimum of two additional days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.
